Brian offered me an experience and bought the canister and we sprayed it in the parking but trust me you wont want to go near there!!Those indonesian workers probably could...The most commonly used would be the Kiboko o the baton o the stick, this can be made of wood o rubber. the ones enforced by the kiboko squad are made of wood probably a poor tree cut down.. but these are very efficient if used by a trained person in this case Papa o Yasa. Mr President i suggest this also be used to control the Kampala hooligans because they are no different from wildlife!!Wildlife doesnt respond to public announcements and live gun fire so its no different from these hooligans disrupting our city. :-)
Last but not least :-) TEAR GAS which causes temporary incapacitation through irritation of eyes and/or respiratory system.
